Your Job Profile
- Ability to read and interpret basic optical test results and production data.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and adjust production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail when handling small or delicate components.
- Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow work instructions, SOPs, and quality procedures.
- Basic troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and escalate equipment or process issues appropriately.
- Good numerical skills for recording measurements, completing production documentation, and verifying data accuracy.
- Strong awareness and understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation within the production area.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards and productivity targets.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry, production tracking, and use of manufacturing systems where applicable.
- Strong team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
